![]() ![]() rz.exe must be located in %COMMANDER_PATH%\arc\razor\rz.exe and if you'd like to have it at another location you must change it manually ![]() Have somebody tried Razor on Linux with Wine?Īrchiver=%COMMANDER_PATH%\arc\razor\rz.exeĭescription=RAZOR Archiver v1.01 (c) Christian Martelock Īdd=%P a -r %AQU and paste the code into multiarc.ini that is located in DoubleCommander's root directory. Razor can use -r command for scanning/collecting files recursively and I do not understand what is purpose of this function? If I use this command for extraction, like shown in example from Christian, Razor extracts files/folders the same way as without this command. Add/Extract/Test functions are available at the moment. If somebody needs Razor's config for DoubleCommander let me know. Anyway, Razor works as part of DoubleCommander's MultiARC. So it is better to avoid Cyrillic fonts for now. I can add/extract files/folders with Cyrillic names but Razor does not show that names in command line and if I try to add/extract the same files/folders through DoubleCommander's MultiARC it returns an error "get_fullpath failed!". The second one, nevertheless Razor uses UTF-8 it has an issue with Cyrillic fonts. It hard to say why DoubleCommander has an issue with getting the list of files and bottom line it does not work properly. In addition, files can randomly disappear and show up again after the next opening of an archive. After some adjustments in MultiARC, I can see all files with no paths only. The first one, I cannot receive proper list of files and folders from Razor for some reason. I am working on integration Razor into DoubleCommander's MultiARC and discovered some issues already. Thank you so much for clarification! Could you please give me an example of batch script for extracting to a folder that has the same name but no the extension? But then again, if you are comfortable with a command line there are faster ways to do the same. This is done under 'Advanced - use advanced filters'. ![]() There are no "PeaZip's specific commands" per se, but Peazip can feed an exhaustive list of individual files to the program and yes, that can be saved, modified and re-run. I'm not an expert (nor I'm related to PeaZip in any way), but afaik:Ĭreate command line scripts and scheduled tasks It is true for Razor, but not quite for PeaZip. Once it is done, user script is "integrated" to PeaZip, or to system directly with right click of mouse (at least for Linux, this is how I use PeaZip). It is not so complicated as it sounds at first. So, selected files should be filtered through list of excluded files, in user script, before proceeded to Razor (through PeaZip, cli or gui). Those scripts could be invoked from PeaZip (gui) through Tools > Saved task definition scriptsīut: if needed, those ("PeaZip specific") scripts could be expanded (or "injected to") as a part of regular batch/shell script. GUI tasks, through “Console” tab, could be translated and saved as a script for future use. It is designed to natively support regular cli batch scripts (DOS, Windows) or shell scripts (Linux, Unix), with regular syntax, just expanded with PeaZip's specific commands for most common compression / extraction tasks. PeaZip is a graphical front end for background command line processing. Quick access to most used PeaZip’s functions is provided passing as first parameter a constant string value identifying the function those methods can be used invoking PeaZip from scripts or also creating a link to PeaZip executable with the desired first parameter. This is how I think of it: One of the scopes of PeaZip project is offering a simple and homogeneous frontend command line interface to mask the complexity and the differences in CLI syntax of back-end executables, "converting" commands into simpler PeaZip's syntax mapping instructions for most common compression / extraction tasks. ![]()
